Eight is my favourite number. Eight is also a symbol for eternity. Chinese people, among many other cultures, hold the number in high regard. But I like it simply because I had a great year when I was eight.
This is not a "Low-" anything diet and it's not just limited to food. It applies to food, sleep, smoking, drinking, work, exercise and, yes, even the people in your life. Hope it helps.
It's
a matter of odds. If you try to eat 8 different things every day, at least your
day's intake won't consist of only chips and pop tarts and, well, more chips.
